What is Modalis?

Modalis is the main research panel for Modus Research. It provides a forum for Canadians to voice their opinions on important issues. Our members make up an influential community of Canadians from across the country. With Modalis, all panel members are randomly recruited from the broader population. Nobody can join the panel without being randomly invited to do so by Modus Research.

How does it work?

No more than once a month we send you an email invitation to participate in one of our surveys. The information you provide will be used to help to provide feedback to and guide decisions for organization leaders in Canada. Along with offering our members charity dollars, members have exclusive access to unique survey reports.

Member Selection

Probability sampling is a fundamental principal of sound research.

Modalis uses probability based sampling to achieve a truly representative sample of Canadians, all panel members are chosen randomly from the boarder Canadian population. Nobody can join the Modalis without being randomly invited to do so by Modus Research.
